随着国内产业结构转型升级,我国集团公司的资金管理问题也越发严重,成为了制约集团公司发展的关键性问题。本文首先分析了企业集团资金管理的重要性,探讨了企业集团资金管理中所存在的问题,并针对存在的问题有针对性的提出相应措施,认为集团公司财务管理工作重点是加强资金集中管理,发挥资金聚合优势,提高资金使用效率,并不断提高资金集中管理水平与运作效率。
