硅烷偶联剂(CA)作为橡胶添加剂的作用非常引人关注,因为它在白炭黑填充胶轮胎中起重要作用,可改善低滚动阻力性能和湿路面抓着性能。第一条白炭黑填充胶轮胎于1991年面市,当时主要采用双-乙氧基丙基四硫化物(TESPT)。最近几年,已经研制出双-3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基二硫化物(TESPD)。由于TESPD具有高的热稳定性,所以可以在较高温度下混炼。据报道,虽然通过调整硫黄含量可使添加TESPD的胶料物理性能与添加TESPT的接近,但在其功效方面有些不同。许多报告对其不同的原因进行了解释。本文对CA的化学结构与白炭黑填充胶的物理性能之间的关系及其最新发展研究进行评述。
The role of silane coupling agent (CA) as a rubber additive is of great interest as it plays an important role in silica-filled rubber tires, improving low rolling resistance and wet grip performance. The first white carbon-filled tire was launched in 1991 when predominantly bis-ethoxypropyl tetrasulfide (TESPT) was used. Bis-3-triethoxysilylpropyl disulfide (TESPD) has been developed in recent years. Due to the high thermal stability of TESPD, it is possible to mix at higher temperatures. It has been reported that although the physical properties of the TESPD-added paste can be approximated by the addition of TESPT by adjusting the sulfur content, there is some variation in its efficacy. Many reports explain their different causes. This paper reviews the relationship between the chemical structure of CA and the physical properties of silica filler and its recent development.
