上海开林造漆厂于1986年4月1～2日在上海举行了国际—开林和开林船舶漆技术交流推广会。参加会议的有中国船舶工业总公司物资部、各远洋运输公司、海运局、航运公司、船厂、设计院、研究所及其他有关单位九十多个,共239名代表。会上,重点介绍了英国IP公司涂料的引进、消化过程,并在1985年5月取得了IP公司许可证书后,已生产了四百多吨涂料。在
