目的探讨并总结男性无精症患者外周血染色体核型分析的特征及其临床意义。方法选取2009年1月~2O13年12月来我院就诊的男性无精症患者32例,对此32例患者进行外周血培养染色体核型分析。采用常规的外周血淋巴细胞培养方法制片,并应用G显带技术进行核型分析。结果在32例无精症患者中核型异常的患者14例(43.75%);其中数目异常9例(64.29%);结构异常5例(35.71%)。结论染色体异常是导致男性不育的重要因素之一,主要的是性染色体的异常,因此在男性不育患者的临床诊断和治疗时,进行染色体检查十分重要。早期对有临床症状的患者进行染色体核型分析并进行早期的干预治疗,具有很好的临床意义和推广价值。
Objective To investigate and summarize the characteristics and clinical significance of karyotype analysis in peripheral blood of patients with azoospermia. Methods Thirty-two male patients with azoospermia admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to December 2001 were enrolled in this study. Chromosome karyotype analysis of peripheral blood was performed in 32 patients. Conventional peripheral blood lymphocyte culture methods were used for the preparation of the karyotype analysis using G-banding technique. Results Of the 32 patients with azoospermia, 14 patients (43.75%) had karyotypic abnormalities. Among them, 9 patients (64.29%) were abnormal in number and 5 patients (35.71%) were abnormal in structure. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the most important factors leading to male infertility. The main reason is abnormality of sex chromosomes. Therefore, it is very important to carry out chromosome examination in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of male infertility patients. Early clinical symptoms of patients with karyotype analysis of chromosomes and early intervention treatment, has good clinical significance and promotion value.
