为了探索杂交东方鲀(菊黄♀×暗纹♂)胚胎孵化和早期仔鱼生长发育最适宜的盐度条件,比较其在0、5‰、10‰、15‰、20‰、25‰、30‰、35‰、40‰、45‰等10个盐度梯度下,杂交东方鲀的受精卵发育和仔鱼生长情况。结果显示:杂交东方鲀受精卵在5‰~45‰盐度范围内均可孵化,适宜盐度为15‰~35‰,孵出期(y)与孵化时间(x)的存在着非线性相关,其回归方程为y=-1245.366+15.543x-0.048x2(R2=0.911)。仔鱼生长的最适盐度范围为15‰~30‰,在该范围内不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,杂交东方鲀受精卵发育与仔鱼生长的适宜盐度为15‰~30‰,在该盐度范围内,杂交东方鲀能正常的发育生长。
In order to explore the most appropriate salinity conditions for the embryo hatching and early larvae growth and development of hybrid Takifugu fasciatus (Chrysanthemum fruticosa × Oxytropis ♂), the optimal salinity conditions were obtained at 0,5 ‰, 10 ‰, 15 ‰, 20 ‰, 25 ‰ and 30 ‰ , 35 ‰, 40 ‰, 45 ‰ and other 10 salinity gradients, the development of zygophila and the growth of larvae were observed. The results showed that the fertilized eggs could hybridize within the range of 5 ‰ ~ 45 ‰ salinity, and the suitable salinity was 15 ‰ ~ 35 ‰. There was a non-linear correlation between hatching time (y) and hatching time (x) , The regression equation is y = -1245.366 + 15.543x-0.048x2 (R2 = 0.911). The optimum salinities of larval growth ranged from 15 ‰ to 30 ‰, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) within this range. The results showed that the optimum salinity for the development of larvae and larvae was 15 ‰ ~ 30 ‰, and within the range of the salinity, the growth and development of P. orientalis could be normal.
