This article discusses the problem of condensation inside the roof structure, and proposes some examples of the elimination of condensed water. The article also discussed the selection of roof insulation materials. Due to the energy crisis, the degree of insulation of the roof will be promoted. If the equilibrium relationship between the upper and lower parts of the vapor barrier is not carefully selected, this may cause an increase in condensation between the roof of the roof and the suspended ceiling. The article provides a table of equilibrium equations for thermal insulation. According to this table, the required thermal resistance values for the upper part of the vapor barrier can be selected. Examples are given in the text to illustrate the effect of enhancing the insulation capacity of the ceiling, ventilation of the ceiling space, and the addition of a vapor barrier on the ceiling. Many problems with flat roofs are associated with the moisture contained below the waterproof layer. Although designers are currently familiar with the potential dangers of internal condensation and have published many articles discussing the issue, it has been difficult to collate practical guidance from a large amount of useful information. To make a hidden roof, the fundamental solution is to control the construction process or it is best to eliminate internal condensation. The purpose of this article is to summarize some indicative design principles.
