目的:总结颌面颈部神经鞘瘤的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法:分析颌面颈部神经鞘瘤患者的临床特点、实验室检查、病理、诊断、治疗,结合文献进行分析。结果:颌面颈部神经鞘瘤多见于青壮年,确诊有赖于病理诊断,完整摘除预后良好。结论:在尽可能保留周围神经束枝的情况下钝性剥离肿瘤,以免产生严重并发症。
Objective: To summarize the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial and cervical schwannoma. Methods: The clinical features, laboratory examination, pathology, diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial and neck schwannoma were analyzed and the literature was analyzed. Results: Maxillofacial and neck schwannoma were more common in young adults. The diagnosis was based on pathological diagnosis and the prognosis of complete removal was good. Conclusion: blunt dissection of the tumor in the case of preserving the branches of the peripheral nerve as much as possible to avoid serious complications.
