毛木耳是四川主要栽培食用菌品种之一,年生产量居全国首位,主要栽培的毛木耳菌株为黄背木耳,该品种已栽培10余年。为提高毛木耳的质量,我们从各地引进了6个毛木耳菌株和1个野生毛木耳菌株进行了品比试验,现将结果报告如下: 一、材料与方法 (一)菌株来源 AP01原名台耳,引自福建三明市食品研究所;AP02,原名143,来源同上;AP03,原名黄背木耳,本场保藏菌株,四川栽培当家品种(对照);AP05,原名2039,引自台湾省;AP07,野生毛木耳组织分离菌株;AP09,原名243,引自福建宁古食用菌所;AP10,原名143,来源同上;AP13,原名台耳,引自福建闵侯真菌厂。
Mao fungus is one of the main varieties of edible fungi cultivated in Sichuan, the annual production volume ranks first in the country, the main cultivated hair fungus strains of yellow back fungus, the variety has been cultivated for more than 10 years. In order to improve the quality of hairy fungus, we introduced 6 hairy fungus strains and 1 wild hairy fungus strain from different parts to conduct the ratio test. The results are reported as follows: I. Materials and methods (1) Strain origin AP01 AP03, formerly known as 143, the same source; AP03, formerly known as yellow back fungus, the preservation of the field strains, cultivated varieties of Sichuan native (control); AP05, formerly known as 2039, from Taiwan Province; AP07, AP09, formerly known as 243, cited from Fujian ancient edible fungi; AP10, formerly known as 143, the same source; AP13, formerly known as Taiwan, from Fujian Min Hou fungi factory.
