自交不亲和系繁殖杂交一代种子对发挥十字花科蔬菜杂种优势起到了十分重要的作用。近年来出现的一大批甘兰和白菜优良杂种一代组合都是利用自交不亲和系制种的,在生产上产生了很大的经济效益。但是自交不亲和系的繁殖长期以来都是采用人工蕾期自交,相当费工,增加了杂种一代的制种成本。近年来,有些杂志报导过应用氯化纳处理克服甘蓝和白菜自交不亲和性,但在繁种生产上应用得不多,为此我们在1987年春季进行了氯化钠处理繁殖甘蓝和白菜自交不亲和系的试验。结果表明:采用6%的氯化钠水溶液喷花可以大幅度提高甘兰和白菜自交不亲和系花期自交的结实指数。

In recent years, some magazines have reported that the application of sodium chloride treatment overcomes the self-incompatibility of cabbage and cabbage, but it is not applied much in the breeding production. Therefore, we carried out sodium chloride treatment in the spring of 1987 to breed cabbage and Test of Chinese Cabbage Self - incompatibility. The results showed that using 6% aqueous sodium chloride spray could significantly improve the selfing index of selfing inbred lines of cabbage and cabbage.
