用气相色谱法测定了正常及荷瘤小鼠血清脂肪酸组分的相对百分浓度,同时研究了榄香烯对荷瘤小鼠血清脂肪酸的影响。结果表明,荷瘤小鼠血清中十六碳一烯酸、十八碳二烯酸、十八碳三烯酸、二十碳五烯酸相对百分浓度均显著低于正常小鼠,榄香烯腹腔注射可使荷瘤小鼠血清中十八碳三烯酸含量显著增高,提示榄香烯可能通过影响血清中脂肪酸成分比例而影响肿瘤的生长。
The relative percentage concentration of serum fatty acids in normal and tumor-bearing mice was determined by gas chromatography. The effect of elemene on serum fatty acids in tumor-bearing mice was also studied. The results showed that the relative percentage concentrations of hexadecenoic acid, octadecadienoic acid, octadecatrienoic acid, and eicosapentaenoic acid in the serum of tumor-bearing mice were significantly lower than those in normal mice. Intraperitoneal injection of ene can increase the content of octadecatrienoic acid in serum of tumor-bearing mice, suggesting that elemene may affect the growth of tumors by affecting the proportion of fatty acids in serum.
