[目的]了解南宁市男男性行为者(MSM)人群的行为学特征,掌握艾滋病、性病在男男性行为人群中的流行情况,为南宁市MSM人群艾滋病、性病的健康促进工作提供科学依据。[方法]采取“滚雪球”方式招募对象,问卷采取匿名的方式,由培训后的工作人员询问情况后当场填写,问卷当场收回,同时采集5ml静脉血。[结果]469名被调查对象艾滋病相关知识知晓率普遍较高,总体知识知晓率为97.65%。最近6个月与男性发生肛交行为时安全套从不使用和每次均用的比率分别为7.23%和44.10%,最近1次与男性肛交安全套使用率为74.46%。50.53%过去1年曾主动检测过HIV抗体。12.58%最近1年出现过性病相关症状。HIV抗体阳性率为1.71%,梅毒阳性率为10.66%,丙肝抗体阳性率为0.64%。[结论]南宁市男男性行为者相关知识知晓率较高安全套使用率不高,性传播疾病的感染率较高,应采取措施进一步遏制男男性行为人群中的性传播疾病与艾滋病蔓延。
[Objective] To understand the behavioral characteristics of men who have sex with men (MSM) in Nanning, master the prevalence of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) among men who have sex with men (MSM), and provide a scientific basis for the health promotion of AIDS and STDs among MSM in Nanning. [Methods] To adopt “snowball” approach to recruit subjects, the questionnaire to be anonymous way, by the staff after training on the spot to fill out the questionnaire on the spot recovery, while collecting 5ml venous blood. [Results] The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge in 469 respondents was generally high, with a total awareness rate of 97.65%. In the last 6 months, the rate of condom useless and the average use rate per time for anal intercourse with men was 7.23% and 44.10%, respectively. The rate of condom use for the last anal intercourse with men was 74.46%. 50.53% Over the past year, HIV antibodies have been actively tested. 12.58% Sexually transmitted diseases have been reported in recent 1 year. The positive rate of HIV antibody was 1.71%, the positive rate of syphilis was 10.66%, and the positive rate of hepatitis C antibody was 0.64%. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of MSM in Nanning is high. The rate of condom use is not high, and the infection rate of sexually transmitted diseases is high. Measures should be taken to further stop the spread of STDs and AIDS among men who have sex with men.
