目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定郁金饮片中姜黄素的含量。方法:采用Lichrospher ODS C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-水(5%冰醋酸)(45:55),检测波长420nm,流速为1ml·min~(-1)。结果:姜黄素进样量在0.02~0.42μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.75%(n=5),RSD为1.20%(n=5)。结论:该测定方法简单可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于郁金饮片中姜黄素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of curcumin content in Yujin Decoction Tablets. Methods: A Lichrospher ODS C18 (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (5% acetic acid) (45:55). The detection wavelength was 420nm and the flow rate was 1ml·min~(-1). ). RESULTS: The curcumin injection amount ranged from 0.02 to 0.42 μg and showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.75% (n=5) and the RSD was 1.20% (n=5). . Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of curcumin in Yujin Decoction.
