目前,我国尚未通过立法的形式将心理测试结论确定为合法的证据形式,但是,在我国具体的司法实践过程中,心理测试结论已经开始并正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。心理测试结论从其基本特性方面分析可知,其完全符合证据的“三性”特征。虽然心理测试结论在具体的应用中存在一定的问题,但却无法否定其证据的根本属性。而我国针对心理测试结论的证据化的关键在于具体运用程序上的规范性以及具体技术上的提升。
At present, our country has not confirmed the conclusion of psychology test as a legal form of evidence through the form of legislation.
