患者男,65岁,因右眼老年性白内障于1995年3月在我院行“白内障囊外摘除术并后房型人工晶体植入术”。手术经过顺利,术后常规静滴青霉素和地塞米松。术后第一天(?)眼视力4.7,第二天诉有眼胀痛、畏光、流泪伴视力下降。眼部检查:右眼视力眼前指数.结膜混合性充血,角膜水肿,前房内渗出,下方积脓1mm,瞳孔直径2mm,瞳孔区布满膜状渗出物,人工晶体位置正,眼内窥不清。立即给以全身静点先锋霉素,局部球结膜下注射庆大霉素、地塞米松、散瞳、热敷等治疗10天,眼内感染控制,视力为指数/30cm.3天后复感右眼红、痛、畏光。眼部检查:右眼视力光感.结膜混合性充血,角膜水肿,前房大量渗出脓1mm,瞳孔直径3mm,瞳孔区棉絮状渗出,虹膜广泛后粘连,人工晶体位置正,隐透见玻璃体黄色反光。遂行人工晶体取出术。将取出的人工晶体及抽出的房水及渗出物送细菌室作细菌培养及药敏试验。培养结果为腐败假单胞菌,对链霉素及新霉素敏感。先后全身用链霉震,局部球结膜下注射庆大霉素,地塞米松及降眼压治疗15天.眼内感染完全控制,视力为光感,眼压T_(a-2)。1月后眼球萎缩。(1996—01—18收稿)

Carry out intraocular lens removal surgery. The extracted artificial lens and the extracted aqueous humor and exudate sent to the bacteria room for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test. The result of the culture is Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is sensitive to streptomycin and neomycin. Has systemic streptozotocin, local subconjunctival injection of gentamicin, dexamethasone and intraocular pressure for 15 days .Intracellular infection was completely controlled, visual acuity was light perception, intraocular pressure T_ (a-2).
