深圳高新技术产业“十五”规划总体目标已全面实现“十五”期间,深圳市实施“自主创新”、“科教兴市”战略,出台了一系列政策和措施,极大地促进了深圳高新技术产业的快速发展, 高新技术产业发展“十五”规划总体目标中的各项指标均提前1至2年实现。
