用电离射綫处理马铃薯块莖以防止貯藏期中萌芽变質的实驗研究工作,国內外很多地方都在进行。其主要目的在于保持块莖的品质、延長食用期间。本工作是在1958年8月到1959年2月间进行的。选用的块莖是1958年6月18日收获的白皮大种,由8月22日起用不同剂量的电离射綫(X光机,电压135KV,电流3MA,距离30厘米)照射后貯藏在室溫中,在貯藏期中經常进行檢查萌芽情况与百分率并分析了块莖中的含糖量,与此同时还以洋葱与大蒜为材料进行
