纵观图书馆事业发达国家之经验,图书馆法是图书馆事业健康发展的重要保障.迄今为止,许多国家都拥有国家图书馆法。对我国国家图书馆法立法缓慢的原因进行分析,并提出了一些对策。
Looking at the experience of libraries in developed countries, the library law is an important guarantee for the healthy development of the library industry, and so far many countries have the National Library Law. This article analyzes the reason of the slow legislation of our national library law and puts forward some countermeasures.
