上海静安—希尔顿酒店塔楼钢结构吊装总高度141.30m,41层,结构总高度为143m,共计43层,建筑面积5万m~2。平面呈三角形,塔楼中心由10部电梯集中组成一个多边形钢筋混凝土核心井筒(简称井筒),筒墙厚度分500mm和300mm两种(变截面)。三角形底边两侧(翼)各设一道L形劲性钢骨架包钢筋混凝土剪力墙,其厚度为500mm(图1)。井筒外围钢结构柱距为8m,房间进深6.9m,走道宽度为2.15m。
Jing’an, Shanghai - The total height of steel towers lifted in the Hilton Towers is 141.30m, 41 stories, with a total height of 143m, a total of 43 floors and a building area of 50,000 m2. The plane is in a triangle. The center of the tower consists of 10 elevators to form a polygonal reinforced concrete core wellbore (referred to as the wellbore). The thickness of the cylinder wall is divided into 500mm and 300mm (variable section). Each side of the triangle (flaps) is provided with a L-shaped steel frame reinforced concrete shear wall with a thickness of 500 mm (Fig. 1). The column length of steel structure in the periphery of wellbore is 8m, the depth of room is 6.9m, and the width of walkway is 2.15m.
