研究了烟草细菌性青枯病的生物防治和化学防治相结合的方法。通过盆栽试验结果表明:产细菌素的烟草青枯细菌无致病力菌株抗链霉素突变体rA3-5和农用链霉素联合作用,对烟草青枯病防效最佳。先加致病菌再加拮抗菌和先加拮抗菌再加致病菌的防病效果分别为93.8%和100%,推迟发病期8天和30天,而rA3-5和农用链霉素单一作用的防病效果分别为56.3%、65.3%和41.7%、58.4%。
The combination of biological control and chemical control of bacterial bacterial wilt was studied.
