当前国内高校普遍在产学研结合问题上进行了理论和实践的探讨。形成了大量有效的研究和实际中的广泛推行,有的已卓有成效。但目前我们分析和应用的仍多停留于表层问题上。注重产学研结合方式方法上求新意,忽略了梳理这一体系中的“原点”问题。笔者认为,高校师生的双重教育才是形成产学研良性发展轨道的根本性问题,它是教育回归素质教育的长期性战略的出发点和归宿。
At present, colleges and universities in our country generally conduct theoretical and practical discussions on the issue of combining production with learning. A great deal of effective research has been formed and wide-ranging practice in practice has been achieved. Some have achieved fruitful results. However, at present, our analysis and application still remain on the surface. Paying attention to the combination of production, study and research methods to seek new ideas, ignoring the combing of this system “origin ” issue. The author believes that the dual education of teachers and students in colleges and universities is the fundamental issue that forms the sound development track of production, study and research. It is the starting point and destination of the long-term education return to quality education.
