兰科石斛属植物铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo),国家濒危珍惜中药材,具有卓越的药用价值。该文在系统的文献调研基础上,首次对分子标记技术在铁皮石斛中的应用进行了归纳与总结。据统计,自2000年以后,该植物中分子标记技术的应用报道主要集中于RAPD/SSR/ISSR/ETS/SNP等标记技术。上述技术在铁皮石斛种质鉴定和亲缘关系分析中有重要应用,对深入研究铁皮石斛有重要意义。通过文章的总结,期望使该技术能被更好地研究与利用。
Orchid Dendrobium Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo, the national endangered treasure Chinese herbal medicine, has excellent medicinal value. Based on the systematic literature review, this paper summarizes the application of molecular marker technology in Dendrobium officinale for the first time. According to statistics, since 2000, the application of molecular marker technology in plants mainly focuses on the labeling technologies such as RAPD / SSR / ISSR / ETS / SNP. The above techniques have important applications in germplasm identification and genetic relationship analysis of Dendrobium officinale, which is of great significance to in-depth study on Dendrobium candidum. Through the summary of the article, it is expected that the technology can be better researched and utilized.
