对１０２例ＭＤＴ治愈病人和１９８８例ＤＤＳ单疗治愈病人后麻风反应情况进行了研究，结果发现ＭＤＴ组愈后反应发生率为８．８２％或１４．９６‰人年，而ＤＤＳ组愈后反应发生率为１．２６％或１．３２‰人年，两组有高度显著性差异。此外，作者还对两组愈后反应的出现时间、临床表现及反应与复发的关系进行了比较
The response to leprosy in 102 MDT-cured patients and 1988 patients treated with DDS monotherapy was studied. The results showed that the response rate to MDT was 8.82% or 14.96% The incidence rate was 1.26% or 1.32 ‰ person-years, there was a highly significant difference between the two groups. In addition, the author also compared the appearance of the two groups after the reaction time, clinical manifestations and the relationship between response and recurrence
