在1000~1200℃温度范围内用固相反应法合成钙铁矿结构的材料Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_xFe_(1-x)O_(3-δ),用XRD对合成的试样进行了物相分析,探讨合适的烧成制度.用直流四电极法对样品进行了电导率测量.结果显示,制得的Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3-δ)样品为单相产物,具有良好的电性能,是一种有应用前景的混合导体材料.
The material Ca_ (0.5) Sr_ (0.5) Co_xFe_ (1-x) O_ (3-δ) was synthesized by solid-state reaction at a temperature range of 1000 ~ 1200 ℃. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD Phase analysis to explore the appropriate firing system. The conductivity of the samples was measured by the DC four-electrode method. The results show that the prepared sample of Ca 0.5 Sr 0.5 Co 0.8 Fe 0.2 O 3- (3-δ) is a single phase product with good electrical properties and is a promising hybrid conductor material .
