笔者从卫生机构配置、床位配置、人力资源配置、卫生资源利用等方面,对辽西地区卫生资源现状进行了调查研究,指出了该地区卫生资源配置存在的主要问题,提出了加大扶持力度、优化卫生资源配置结构、加大医疗机构改革力度等发展策略,希望能为优化辽西地区卫生资源配置提供依据,为相关研究提供参考和借鉴。
The author investigates the status quo of health resources in western Liaoning from the aspects of the allocation of health facilities, the allocation of beds, the allocation of human resources and the utilization of health resources. The main problems existing in the allocation of health resources in the region are pointed out. Some suggestions are put forward such as increasing support and optimizing Health resources allocation structure, increase the intensity of reform of medical institutions and other development strategies, hoping to provide the basis for optimizing the allocation of health resources in western Liaoning, provide reference for the relevant research.
