利用FT Star及IDEAS软件对马钢双板轧机机架铸件的充型、凝固、冷却过程中的温度场及热应力、应变变化进行了模拟分析,为实际生产设计了合理的铸造工艺。结果表明,采用模拟软件可确定冒口、冷铁位置尺寸,控制凝固顺序,保证铸件质量。同时,采用计算机辅助铸造工艺技术可解决熔化能力不足等实际生产问题,从而为一般非专业铸造企业生产大型轧钢机架等重要铸件提供有益的借鉴。
The FT Star and IDEAS software were used to simulate and analyze the temperature field, thermal stress and strain in filling, solidification and cooling of the castings of the double plate mill. The reasonable casting process was designed for practical production. The results show that simulation software can be used to determine riser and chill iron size, control the order of solidification and ensure the quality of castings. At the same time, the use of computer-aided casting technology can solve the actual production problems such as insufficient melting capacity, so as to provide a useful reference for the production of large-scale steel rolling mills and other important castings for non-professional foundry enterprises.
