目的了解基层医院护理人员洗手行为的依从性,探讨相应的管理对策。方法采取现场检查、问卷调查方法,对西青医院临床一线的护理人员洗手指征执行情况和洗手方法的正确性进行了调查,并根据调查中发现的问题,制定了相应的管理对策。结果该院护理人员洗手指征执行率为56.78%,洗手方法正确率为53%,针对洗手依从性和方法正确率较低的原因,医院采取了加强手卫生知识培训和管理,完善洗手设施,强化六步洗手法规范操作,合理配置护理人员等管理措施。结论医院护理人员洗手指征执行率及洗手方法的正确性较低,采取改进措施后,护理人员洗手依从性明显提高。
Objective To understand compliance of hand-washing behavior of nursing staffs in primary hospitals and to explore corresponding management strategies. Methods On-the-spot inspection and questionnaire survey were conducted to investigate the implementation of hand-washing instructions and the correctness of hand-washing methods in first-line nursing staff in West Green Hospital. Corresponding management measures were formulated according to the problems found in the investigation. Results The rate of implementation of hand-washing instruction was 56.78% and the correct rate of hand-washing method was 53%. According to the reasons of low compliance rate and correct method of hand-washing, the hospital adopted training and management of hand-hygiene knowledge, improved hand-washing facilities, Strengthen the six-step wash practices regulate the operation, reasonable allocation of nursing staff and other management measures. Conclusion The correctness of the implementation rate of hand-washing indications and the method of hand-washing are low in hospital nurses, and the compliance of hand-washing by nursing staff is obviously improved after improvement measures are taken.
