75例充血性心力衰竭在用强心、利尿和扩血管等药物的基础上,加用硫酸镁治疗,结果加镁组显效率64%,对照组31.4%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。加镁组症状、体征消失比较多,疗效出现时间较早;洋地黄中毒、室性心律失常、低血钾的发生率也明显低于对照组。其庄院病死率显著低于对照组。
75 cases of congestive heart failure in the use of cardiac, diuretic and vasodilator drugs, based on the addition of magnesium sulfate treatment, the results were 64% of the magnesium group was significantly improved, 31.4% in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01) . Magnesium group symptoms, signs disappear more, the efficacy appeared earlier; digitalis poisoning, ventricular arrhythmia, the incidence of hypokalemia was significantly lower than the control group. The hospital mortality was significantly lower than the control group.
