针对伸缩臂式叉车平动机构存在的平动误差 ,分析了产生误差的原因 ,建立了以平动误差最小为目标的优化数学模型 ,对优化变量和边界条件进行了分析和实例验证 ,取得了良好的优化结果。
Aiming at the translational error existing in the translational mechanism of the telescopic forklift, the reason for the error is analyzed. An optimization mathematical model aiming at minimum translational error is established. The optimization variables and boundary conditions are analyzed and verified by examples. Good optimization results.
