目的:通过采用品管圈的方法来分析糖尿病患者血糖漏测的原因。方法:设立品管圈,并确定课题为漏测原因分析,在此基础上对于住院患者进行现状调查与分析,主要在于分析患者全天血糖漏测原因,并制定相应的对策给予实施,对策实施后再次进行效果调查与分析。结果:品管圈使血糖漏测率由改善前的14%下降到了6%。结论:通过合理运用品管圈不仅能有效提升护理质量、降低血糖漏测率,更能在提高工作人员团结友爱的精神的同时,促进患者病情的改善。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the cause of blood glucose leak test in diabetic patients by adopting the method of quality control circle.
