国家技术监督局从1992年开始跟踪国际标准化组织(ISO)有关环境管理标准化活动的发展动向,并于1995年5月对口成立了“全国环境管理标准化技术委员会”(CSBTS/TC207),及时等同转化了已发布的五项环境管理标准。
