肺结核与肺癌的关系早已引起人们的关注。结核菌与其他细菌一样,由于体内外环境的改变或抗结核药物等因素作用下,可导致细胞壁部分或完全缺失而形成L型。迄今已在乳腺癌,何杰金氏病、恶性淋巴瘤、白血病等多种组织中分离出细菌L型,且分离出的L型菌再感染动物可引起类似的肿瘤。曾有人发现肺结核趋向痊愈时,易并发肺癌,可能与肺结核愈合时病灶内的结核菌主要以L型形式存在有关。本文对97例肺癌标本进行组织切片,应用改良抗酸染色及免疫组化染色法进行研究,旨在探讨结核菌L型与肺癌的关系。
The relationship between tuberculosis and lung cancer has long attracted attention. M. tuberculosis, like other bacteria, may cause partial or complete loss of cell walls and form L-forms due to changes in the in vivo or in vitro environment and anti-tuberculosis drugs. So far, the L-form of bacteria has been isolated in various tissues such as breast cancer, Hodgkin’s disease, malignant lymphoma, and leukemia, and the isolated L-form bacteria reinfected animals can cause similar tumors. It has been found that when tuberculosis tends to heal, it is easy to develop lung cancer, which may be related to the presence of tubercle bacillus mainly in the L-form when the tuberculosis is healed. In this paper, 97 cases of lung cancer specimens were sectioned, and improved acid-fast staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to study the relationship between L-type tuberculosis and lung cancer.
