目的了解濮阳市乡镇卫生院现状,探讨今后卫生院发展出路并提出建议。方法制订卫生院现状调查表,收集的调查表内容录入Excel表格并进行分类统计和分析。结果78个乡镇卫生院,共有职工2367人,其中无职称或初级职称者2157人,占91.13%;中高级职称者210人,占8.87%。中专和无学历者2011人,占84.96%;大专以上学历356人,占15.04%。业务用房面积95731 m2,床位1 601张,床位使用率50.35%,固定资产5531.11万元。万元以上设备318台件,医疗药品收入4515.73万元,人均1.89万元。结论多数乡镇卫生院存在资金投入不足,收入偏低,经营模式单一,卫生人才匮乏,基础设施、设备落后,卫生服务职能不到位等。今后应加大对乡镇卫生院资金、人才、政策等扶持力度。
Objective To understand the current situation of township hospitals in Xiangyang City, discuss the future development of health centers and make recommendations. Methods A questionnaire on the status of the hospitals was drawn up. The contents of the questionnaires were entered into an Excel spreadsheet and statistically classified and analyzed. Results 78 township hospitals, a total of 2367 employees, including 2157 people without professional titles or primary titles, accounting for 91.13%; 210 senior titles, accounting for 8.87%. Secondary school and non-academic personnel were 2011, accounting for 84.96%; college education was 356, accounting for 15.04%. Business area of 95,531 m2, 1601 beds, bed occupancy rate of 50.35%, fixed assets of 5,531,100 yuan. More than 10,000 yuan in equipment for 318 pieces, medical drug income 45,157,300 yuan, per capita 18,900 yuan. Conclusion Most township hospitals have insufficient capital investment, low income, single business model, lack of health personnel, backward infrastructure and equipment, and inadequate health service functions. In the future, efforts should be made to increase support for funds, talents, and policies of township hospitals.
