患者,女,30岁,推销员.因与他人发生矛盾,右眼被拳头击伤,当即右眼疼痛、流泪、视力下降.患者半年前因近视(双眼-3.OD)接受RK手术.入院全身检查未见异常,眼科检查:视力:右,光感(+)、光定位准确,右眼2～7点原角膜放射状切口斜行全层裂开,伤口虹膜和破裂晶体皮质嵌顿,前房积血,眼球后段情况不能窥见,眼压T_(-1).左眼视力1.2,4条放射状切口斑痕深达后弹力层,中央视区约3.5mm.诊断:双眼RK术后、右眼角膜裂伤、外伤性白内障、前房积血.急诊

Whole body examination without abnormalities, ophthalmology examination: visual acuity: right, light sense (+), light positioning accuracy, the right eye 2 ~ 7 points corneal radial incision oblique full thickness split open, the wound iris and ruptured cortical incarceration, Atrial hemorrhage, the latter part of the eye can not glimpse the intraocular pressure T _ (- 1). Left eye vision 1.2,4 radial incision scar deep as the posterior elastic layer, the central visual area of about 3.5mm. Corneal laceration, traumatic cataract, anterior chamber hemorrhage
