目的:探讨血孕酮检测结合多普勒超声检查在预防宫内胚胎停止发育中的应用价值。方法:所有患者随机分为四组,观察组为72例血孕酮值低于25 ng/m L且子宫动脉血流有改变的早期孕妇,肌注黄体酮40 mg,1次/d,连用至孕10周;对照1组为80例血孕酮值低于25 ng/m L且子宫动脉血流有改变的早期孕妇,未给予任何处理;对照2组为63例血孕酮值低于25 ng/m L但子宫动脉血流无改变的早期孕妇,肌注黄体酮40 mg,1次/d,连用至孕10周;正常组为76例血孕酮值高于25 ng/m L且子宫动脉血流有改变的早期孕妇,未给予任何处理。结果:在孕10周后,观察组与正常组中血孕酮含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照1组和对照2组中血孕酮含量均低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠成功率为96%,对照1组妊娠成功率为34%,对照2组妊娠成功率为0%,正常组妊娠成功率为98%。结论:血孕酮检测结合多普勒超声检测在预防宫内胚胎停止发育中诊断确切,临床使用较为简单易行,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of blood progesterone test in combination with Doppler ultrasonography in preventing the development of intrauterine embryos. Methods: All patients were randomly divided into four groups. Conclusion: The blood progesterone test combined with Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine embryo stop the development of definite diagnosis, clinical use is relatively simple and easy to implement, it is worth to promote the application.
