驳骨丹(Buddleje asiatica Lour.)又名白花紫杨花,是马钱科醉鱼草属的一种药用植物。其茎可以入药,有祛风消肿、驳骨散瘀和止咳等功效。同时又是园林观赏的花木,可供春节切花之用。我们试用组织培养技术繁殖苗木,已成功地诱导发生了大量种苗,移入盆栽后,生长良好。 (一)材料和方法取盆栽3～4年生驳骨丹春梢,去叶洗净,于无菌室内用70％酒精消毒1分钟,再通过10～13％漂白粉过滤液浸泡15～20分钟,经无菌水冲洗4～5次。然后切取0.5厘米嫩茎,平放在固体培养基上。以MS和1/2MS为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的BA、IBA、NAA、GA_3、2,4-D、IAA等植物激素,pH为5.8～6.0。培养湿度为26±2℃,白天用日光灯作辅助光照9～10小时,光强1500勒克斯。
