目的:探讨健康教育在慢性病管理中的应用价值,以提高慢性病患者管理效果。方法:2013年4月至2014年3月选取某乡镇筛选出的200例慢性病患者为研究对象,按照完全随机的原则,将患者分为对照组与研究组各100例,其中对照组采取常规管理方式,研究组采取健康教育干预管理方式,对比两组慢性病患者管理效果(慢性病患者指标达标率、生活方式改善情况)。结果:研究组慢性病患者通过实施健康教育干预管理方式后,血压达标82例(82%)、血糖达标78例(78%)、健康知识掌握79例(79%)、合理膳食68例(68%)、遵医行为83例(83%)、戒烟限酒80例(80%)、合理用药76例(76%),明显优于对照组52例(52%)、55例(55%)、53例(53%)、48例(48%)、50例(50%)、52例(52%)、51例(51%),取得了比较理想的管理效果,比对数据经统计学处理具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过加强慢性病患者健康教育干预工作,有效改善了饮食结构和生活质量,推动了慢性病管理工作进一步发展,具有较高的应用价值,值得在慢性病患者管理中推广使用。
