随着社会经济的快速发展,进行职业培训,有效解决就业问题,协助劳动力顺利进入市场,已经成为二十一世纪职业可持续发展的保障。本文结合我市职业培训存在的问题,对职业培训现状、存在问题以及职业培训创新原则进行了简要的探究和阐述。
With the rapid socio-economic development, vocational training, effective solution to the employment problem and assisting labor force to enter the market smoothly have become the guarantee for the sustainable development of the profession in the 21st century. In this paper, vocational training in our city problems, the status of vocational training, existing problems and the principle of innovation of vocational training conducted a brief exploration and elaboration.
