研究了水利工程建设总承包商和分包商组成的施工供应链中合作双方的质量控制博弈问题,建立了水利工程施工供应链质量收益模型,基于不完全信息下总承包商以质量监督效力和质量保证金作为控制手段、分包商以施工质量保证水平为控制措施的博弈过程,构造了质量保证水平与质量保证金扣除额度之间的指数函数关系,并运用最优控制理论寻求双方的质量博弈策略。实例应用结果表明,该质量保证金扣除方式科学合理、博弈策略有助于优化水利工程建设质量。
This paper studies the quality control problem of cooperation between construction contractors and subcontractors in the construction of water conservancy projects, and establishes the quality benefit model of construction supply chain for water conservancy projects. Based on incomplete information, Quality assurance as a control method, subcontractor construction quality assurance level as the control measures of the game process, the structure of quality assurance and quality assurance margin deduction between the exponential function, and the use of optimal control theory to seek both the quality of game strategy . The application of the example shows that the quality guarantee deduction method is scientific and reasonable and the game strategy helps to optimize the quality of water conservancy construction.
