本研究对景观尺度的绿色基础设施规划作为支持生物多样性和生态系统服务策略的过程和结果进行评价。研究将绿色基础设施(Green Infrastructure)界定为支撑各种形态、规模、所有权或保护水平不一的自然系统土地的广义术语,认可大尺度绿地和保护网络提供更多生态系统服务功能的重要性。文章首先探讨了评估绿色基础设施的两个方面和三大挑战,提出地方规划视角下绿色基础设施规划的7项行动导向型原则:①创建连接和促进连通性:②重视具有生态质量和本地重要性的地区;③支撑各种景观和生态系统服务;④修复和减轻对绿色基础设施的损害;⑤管理支撑生态系统服务的绿色基础设施i⑥制定保护和保留所有尺度绿
This study assesses the process and results of landscape-scale green infrastructure planning as a strategy to support biodiversity and ecosystem services. Research defines Green Infrastructure as a broad term that supports natural systems lands of varying levels of form, scale, ownership or protection, recognizing the importance of large-scale green spaces and the protection of networks to provide more ecosystem services. The article first explores two aspects and three major challenges in assessing green infrastructure and proposes seven action-oriented principles for green infrastructure planning from the perspective of local planning: ① Creating connections and promoting connectivity: ② Emphasizing ecological quality and local importance Sexual areas; ③ supporting a variety of landscape and ecosystem services; ④ repairing and mitigating damage to green infrastructure; and ⑤ managing green infrastructure that supports ecosystem services;
