中国畜牧兽医学会于1990年7月26日至8月1日在山东省烟台市农业部科技交流中心,召开了建国以来本系统首次的科技期刊编辑工作会议。学会和全国18个省、自治区的21个期刊的代表在会议上总结交流了办刊经验,评选出7个优秀期刊,会议还对长期辛勤工作的编辑工作者表示了亲切的慰问,并由学会牵头,酝酿成立全国畜牧兽医科技期刊编辑研究会。这次会议,有各期刊的主编、副主编及学会工作人员共45人参加,大会由中国畜牧兽医学会编辑部主任陈书田同志主持,学会副秘书长阎汉平同志致开幕词,学会副理事长冯仰廉教授、秘书长王前同志、农业部畜牧兽医司调研宣传处邹范文处长都发了言。
China Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine held the first scientific and technical journal editing work conference for the system since the founding of the People’s Republic of China from July 26 to August 1, 1990 in the Science and Technology Exchange Center of Yantai, Shandong Province. The Association and representatives of 21 journals in 18 provinces and autonomous regions across the country exchanged views on the experience of running journals and selected 7 outstanding periodicals. The meeting also expressed his sincere condolences to the editors who have worked hard for a long time, Lead, brewing set up the National Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science and Technology Journal Editorial Association. At the conference, there were 45 chief editors, associate chief editors and academic staff members of the journal. The conference was presided over by Chen Shutian, director of the Editorial Board of the Chinese Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. Comrade Yan Hanping, deputy secretary-general of the society, delivered an opening speech. Professor Feng Yanglian, , Secretary-General Wang Qian comrades, Ministry of Agriculture Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Division Zou Fanwen Director of Publicity Office made a statement.
