文化作为一种征服人们内心世界的整体性力量,被称作为软实力。文化软实力是一种促进人的全面发展的内在动力,是一种改变人们思想层面和行为层面的文化政策。我国当前阶段所提倡的构建和谐社会的理念蕴藏着人的全面自由发展价值目标,人的全面自由发展是社会主义社会发展的重要目标。因此,必须辩证地考究文化软实力与人的发展之间的关系,深入剖析当前我国人的发展面临的困境,进而不断提升文化软实力,促进人的不断发展。
Culture, as a holistic force that conquers people’s inner world, is called soft power. Cultural soft power is an internal driving force for promoting the all-round development of human beings and a cultural policy that changes people’s ideological and behavioral levels. The concept of building a harmonious society advocated in the current phase of our country contains the goal of the full and free development of human beings. The all-round and free development of human beings is an important goal of the development of socialism. Therefore, the relationship between cultural soft power and human development must be studied dialectically, and the predicaments confronting the development of our country are analyzed in depth so as to further enhance the cultural soft power and promote the continuous development of human beings.
