对于水泥出料问题,水泥库基础设计有特殊要求,本文工程采用了一种新型基础型式。为了有效发挥基础的整体性作用和降低基础工程造价,成功采用了地基土强度增长理论,有效减少了地基处理的成本。本文通过有限元方法模拟水泥库地基沉降和加载过程,研究了水泥库基础沉降规律,如:在荷载较小的初期,地基变形小,随着荷载的增加和时间的延续,地基内孔隙水压力逐渐消散,土体固结而产生沉降;趋于稳定后,再确定分级加载条件下的基础承载力。研究成果为工程实践提供了理论依据。
For cement discharge problems, cement concrete foundation design has special requirements, this project uses a new type of foundation. In order to effectively exert the basic integral role and reduce the construction cost of the foundation project, the strength growth theory of foundation soil has been successfully adopted, which effectively reduces the cost of foundation treatment. In this paper, finite element method is used to simulate the settlement and loading process of cement concrete foundation. The settlement law of cement concrete foundation is studied. For example, when the load is small, the deformation of foundation is small. With the increase of load and the extension of time, the pore water pressure Gradually dissipated, soil consolidation and sedimentation; tends to be stable, then determine the grading loading conditions under the basic bearing capacity. The research results provide a theoretical basis for engineering practice.
