胡锦涛总书记在中纪委十七届二次全会上强调,要在坚决惩治腐败的同时,更加注重治本,更加注重预防,更加注重制度建设,拓展从源头上防治腐败工作领域。笔者认为,把现代管理学中的风险管理理论应用到企业党风建设中来,实施廉洁从业风险管理,是深入贯彻落实“三个更加注重”要求的有效措施,对于增强企业管理者的廉洁从业风险意识,进一步加强反腐倡廉建设,具有十分重要的意义。
