经济适用住房是我国住房保障的重要组成部分,经过10多年的发展,促进了住房体制的改革,解决了一部分中低收入家庭的住房困难问题,对扩大内需、稳定物价、推动经济发展、维护社会稳定起到了一定的积极作用。同时,经济适用房在发展的过程中也出现了许多的问题,我们需要寻找新的思路,改进和规范经济适用房制度,促进其发挥更大的作用。
Affordable housing is an important part of China’s housing security. After more than 10 years of development, it has promoted the reform of the housing system and solved some of the housing difficulties of low- and middle-income families.
