瑞典波立登矿山公司研制了一种新型的注浆锚杆,称为水泥锚杆。这种锚杆锚固的实质是,用易透水纸制成炸药卷式的纸筒,将含某种添加剂的水泥灌入筒内,制成象炸药卷那样的水泥卷。安装时,先将水泥卷在水中浸泡几分钟。水泥通过透水纸吸入一定量的水。然后一节节地装入钻孔内,再插入钢筋。钢筋穿破透水纸,使水泥包住钢筋,安装结束。水泥凝固后,可获得永久锚固力。这种锚杆可按不同的要求选定凝固时间。由于水灰比较低,锚杆在几分钟内开始凝固。这种锚杆具有:安装简单可靠、成本低、能改善安装工作条件等特点。
Borland Mining Company in Sweden developed a new type of grouting anchor, called cement anchor. The essence of such anchoring is that an explosive paper roll is made of easily permeable paper and a cement containing certain additive is poured into the barrel to make a concrete roll like a dynamite roll. When installing, first soak the cement roll in water for a few minutes. The cement draws in a certain amount of water through the permeable paper. Then fit into the borehole section by section, then insert the reinforcement. Reinforced piercing permeable paper, so that the cement wrap reinforcement, the installation is over. After the cement is solidified, permanent anchoring force can be obtained. This bolt can be selected according to different requirements setting time. Due to the lower water-cement, the anchor begins to set in a matter of minutes. This bolt has: easy to install and reliable, low cost, can improve the installation of working conditions and so on.
