目的分析边界模糊的肾脏肿块的超声声像图特征及诊断价值。方法选择104例边界模糊肾脏肿块住院患者,其中男性62例,女性42例;年龄12~85岁,平均年龄47岁。对比病理诊断结果,对其超声图像特征进行总结,分析边界模糊的肾脏肿块超声声像图特征。结果 104例均经手术病理组织或针穿刺病理组织证实,恶性肿块81例,良性肿块23例。肾脏恶性肿块形态多不规则,内部回声多呈现低回声或强弱不等混合回声,且回声不均匀,部分患者存在液化坏死灶,肿瘤内血流形态呈点线状、网状或不规则的多样化表现,瘤内血流丰富,多以Ⅱ、Ⅲ级血流为主。肾脏良性肿块回声多呈混合回声,部分呈囊性回声,肿块内多无血流,少数以周边型血流为主,血流形态单一,呈点状或短线状,其内血液供应不丰富,以Ⅰ级血流为主。结论超声检查对边界模糊的肾脏肿块良恶性鉴别诊断具有一定价值。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and diagnostic value of ultrasonography of borderline renal masses. Methods A total of 104 hospitalized patients with borderline renal masses were selected, including 62 males and 42 females. The patients were 12 to 85 years old with a mean age of 47 years. Contrasting the pathological diagnosis results, the features of the ultrasound images were summarized, and the features of the sonographic features of the kidney lumps with blurred boundaries were analyzed. Renal benign tumor echo mostly mixed echo, cystic echocardiography in part, no blood flow within the tumor, a few to the peripheral blood-based, single blood flow morphology was spotty or short-term, which is not rich in blood supply, Ⅰ grade blood-based. Conclusion Ultrasonography has some value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant renal masses with blurred boundaries.
