风力机风轮旋转过程中,受运行工况的影响,风轮的振动量会随着转速的变化而变化。本文应用谱分析法测量了风力机机头振动谱,通过安装在风力机机头水平、竖直、轴线(X、Y、Z)三个坐标方向的三只加速度传感器,分别分析不同尖速比情况下振动谱。通过分析三个坐标方向风力机的振动谱,对风力机的振动特性进行分析,得出旋转风轮三坐标方向各自的振动特性、三坐标方向振动之间的耦合关系、三坐标方向的振动对旋转风轮整体振动的主次影响作用,从而为风力机整机结构动态特性的设计和评价提供依据。
