目的:对申请彩超检查的孕妇,按顺序对胎儿进行全面、详细、系统超声检查,筛查胎儿畸形,最终找到胎儿畸形筛查的最佳孕期。材料与方法:对2009年1月至2011年11月所有彩超检查的孕妇中检出的胎儿畸形进行统计,分别统计出中、晚孕期间胎儿畸形的检出率;并对漏误诊的胎儿畸形于中、晚孕期间的发生率进行统计,并对比分析,最终找到胎儿畸形筛查的最佳孕期。结果:彩超检查孕妇18,900例中,检出各类胎儿畸形60例,超声检出率3.17‰。中孕期检出49例,检出率81.7%;晚孕期检出11例,检出率18.3%。漏误诊胎儿畸形共6例,漏误诊率9%。发生于晚孕期4例(占67%),发生于中孕期2例(占33%)。结论:中孕期(20周~27周)可选择作为胎儿畸形彩超筛查的最佳孕期。即中孕期间孕妇必须作一次全面、详细、系统的彩超检查,必要时晚孕期(32周~36周)复查,动态观察。
Objective: To apply for color Doppler ultrasound examination of pregnant women, in order to the fetus a comprehensive, detailed and systematic ultrasound examination, screening for fetal malformations, and ultimately find the best pregnancy fetal malformation screening. Materials and Methods: Fetal malformations detected in all pregnant women who underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination from January 2009 to November 2011 were counted, and the detection rates of fetal malformations during middle and late pregnancy were calculated respectively. The malformations of fetuses misdiagnosed In the middle and late pregnancy incidence statistics, and comparative analysis, and ultimately find the best pregnancy fetal malformation screening. Results: Among 18,900 pregnant women examined by color Doppler ultrasound, 60 cases of fetal malformations were detected and the rate of ultrasound was 3.17 ‰. 49 cases were detected in the second trimester, the detection rate was 81.7%; 11 cases were detected in the second trimester, the detection rate was 18.3%. Misdiagnosis of fetal malformations in 6 cases, miss misdiagnosis rate of 9%. Occurs in the fourth trimester of pregnancy (67%), occurred in the second trimester (2 cases 33%). Conclusion: The second trimester pregnancy (20 weeks to 27 weeks) can be selected as the best pregnancy screening for FFA. That during pregnancy, pregnant women must make a comprehensive, detailed and systematic color Doppler ultrasound examination, if necessary, during the second trimester (32 weeks to 36 weeks) review, dynamic observation.
