发展高新技术产业能够带动经济发展,也是我国长期培植新的经济增长点的一个重要方面。因此,发展高新技术产业是我市当前经济工作中的重中之重,而搞好高新技术园区建设是保证高新技术产业发展的必要条件。去年,中共中央国务院召开了全国技术创新工作会议,作出了《关于加强技术创新,发展高科技,实现产业化的决定》,迎来了高新技术产业发展的新机遇和挑战。
The development of high-tech industries can drive economic development and is also an important aspect of our country's long-term cultivation of new economic growth points. To improve the construction of hi-tech parks is a necessary condition for the development of high-tech industries.
