目的:探讨慢性应激对小鼠行为和免疫功能的影响。方法:采用束缚制动的方法建立小鼠慢性心理应激模型,通过旷场行为实验检测各组小鼠的行为变化;并处死小鼠检测其血清IFN-γ和IL-4的水平,观察应激对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:应激组小鼠在旷场实验中的潜伏期显著延长,探究活动减少及粪便次数增多;IFN-γ、IL-4/IFN-γ比值明显下降,而IL-4水平无显著性差异。结论:慢性心理应激可导致小鼠行为的改变并抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of chronic stress on the behavior and immune function in mice. Methods: The model of chronic psychological stress was established by restraint braking method. Behavior of mice in each group was tested by open field behavioral test. The mice were sacrificed to detect the serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-4. Effect of shock on immune function in mice. Results: The latent period of open-field test in stress-induced mice was significantly prolonged, and the decrease of exploration activities and stool frequency were observed. The ratios of IFN-γ and IL-4 / IFN-γ were significantly decreased, while the levels of IL-4 were not significantly different. Conclusion: Chronic psychological stress can lead to behavioral changes in mice and inhibit immune function in mice.
